Katharine Swailes is thrilled to announce that she has been selected to exhibit at Collect Open 2019. Curated by the Crafts Council at Saatchi Gallery, London, Collect Open provides a platform for 15 individual artists to show ambitious and conceptual craft led installations. 

 

Swailes will be showing her new wall installation, ‘Glyphs and Loops - the Constellations’, using finely handwoven intricate tapestry, arranged on an invisible time line, which runs across the expansive wall; all together, referencing the world’s place in the solar system.
