Purchases

No person under the age of 18 years can purchase goods from our online shop.

 

Order Acceptance from online shop

The receipt by Atelier Weftfaced of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. The Company reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any purchases, or other goods on our online shop and/or refuse service to any customer. Once an order confirmation is received by us, no contract for sale exists until payment has been received. All orders placed are subject to availability of stock at the time of receipt of order. Acceptance of orders by Atelier Weftfaced are subject to clearance of funds and where applicable authorisation of debit and/or credit card details. All sales will be made in British pounds sterling.

 

Shipping from online shop

We can ship online sales to any UK address. Please allow 14 business days for us to process, pack and ship your purchases. Although, we do usually try to get despatches out quicker than this.

 

Returns from online shop

We offer a 7-day, money-back guarantee if you are not happy with your online purchase, or if sent to you and it arrives damaged in any way. RETURNS MUST BE MADE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Returns must be made at the customers expense including both cost of return and insurance. In the case of damaged goods Atelier Weftfaced must be notified within three days of receipt in writing (via email).

 

Course/ Workshops

When purchasing a course or workshop from this website please ensure that you have read in full the terms and conditions for that specific course. In the event no terms and conditions have been posted then the following should be adhered to.

In brief, payments are required to secure a place on any course/workshop. There is a 48 hour grace period, during which time a full refund can be obtained. After this no refund is given, however if you can find a replacement student for your course this may be acceptable at the discretion of Atelier Weftfaced, this decision is final. 

 

VAT

Weftfaced is currently not VAT registered.

 

Force majeure 

We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
