In this online shape building workshop participants can explore how to build simple shapes like diagonals, through to more complicated forms. These weaving techniques allow you to create solid structures and linear contours. Understanding how to develop shapes will give you confidence. This can be developed by building sequential steps, these underpin how all forms in tapestry are made.
This workshop will explore shaping techniques, it is also a good idea to combine this class with Creating Lines.
Practical help will be given by demonstrating the many ways in which you can achieve these from a novice level to more advanced work.
